A page that belongs to one guest
H Report gives every stay its own private web page: hotel information, menus, the live folio and the small requests people would otherwise queue at reception to ask. Opened from a QR code, in the guest's own language, with nothing to install.
Nothing to download, nothing to remember
The link is the stay. It opens on arrival and closes itself when the guest leaves.
The card in the room
One QR per room, printed once. It always resolves to whoever is staying there tonight.
The confirmation email
The same page is attached to the booking confirmation, so it is read before arrival too.
In their language
Taken from the guest profile in Fly Hotel, switchable by hand. Menus and info follow.
Expires at check-out
No password to hand out, no old link showing someone else's folio next week.
What ends up on the page
The answers reception repeats
Breakfast hours, check-out time, wi-fi, pool opening, how to reach the beach — written once, in every language you serve.
Today's menu, allergens included
The kitchen's menu of the day, translated from the dish archive, with allergen marks. Changed in the software, changed on the page.
What they owe, right now
Room, extras, the umbrella, the bar round — read live from Fly Hotel, so the bill at check-out is never a surprise.
Small asks, without the queue
Late check-out, a taxi, tomorrow’s umbrella through Fly Place. The request lands on the desk with the room already attached.
A quieter reception, and one place to update
H Report is not a second database. It publishes what Fly Hotel already knows: the guest, the folio, the menus, the services. You change the software; the guest's page is already right.
Live in an afternoon
If Fly Hotel is already running, there is nothing to migrate.
Your colours and logo
The page carries the hotel's identity, on your own domain if you want it.
Pick what to publish
Information, menus, folio, requests — you decide which panels the guest sees.
Print the QR cards
One per room, generated from the room list. That is the whole roll-out.
See it on one of your rooms
We publish a page for a real stay in your hotel, send you the QR, and you read it from your own phone. Thirty minutes, no slides.
